    I bought it from here on a recommedation from this board. Very satisfied with quality but packaging has some asian text and is not too good. I didn't mind that though for £10 ish :p

    OK, OK, so the one I've found is Region 1 (US), but if you have a multi-region player (or found a multi-region hack) then it's a damn good deal:
    Deep Discount DVD Fulls Season 1, 7 discs inc Bonus Footage (which is excellent by the way)
    $ 37.79 + $8.95 postage (what I paid back in mid-November) = $46.74 = Approx £26.41! :D:D
    It does take about 14 days (Quoted as up to 20 days) to arrive, in a small but sturdy box, no customs charge. The Lost box-set is encased in a plastic outer cover anyway, so it's not likely to damage in transit (well the US version is anyway).

    I was dubious at first when I saw the website, but I've bought several bargains there now, including Nip/Tuck Series 1 for less than £10 inc postage, and various Sesame St DVDs you can hardly get in the UK for about £5 each for my little nephews. They all arrived in perfect condition, but not in any hurry (average 14 days).

    **NB** If you order more than one item and they are not all showing as 'IN STOCK' then you should NOT have to pay extra postage for multiple deliveries - there is no Amazon-like option to wait for all items to be despatched together. I'm not sure exactly as to how they calculate postage costs, as I have ordered individual DVDs as well as box-sets which are obviously bigger. You should see/receive:
    - Total Postage quoted at checkout
    - An order confirmation email detailing the items, postage and total
    - A shipping confirmation for shipped items, including detailed pricing and postage
    When I ordered 2 DVDs and a box-set, the 2 DVDs were in stock, and were shipped next day, and I was charged the full amount of postage I was quoted when I checked out. Five days later the Box-set was shipped, and the email stated there was $0.00 postage charge. All the items arrived, and I was only charged the two amounts shown in the 'Shipping confirmation emails'. (Don't forget to allow for currency fluctuations between order date and shipping date, if you see a slight variation in the amount charged to your card).

    Hope this helps anyone with multi-region players - they have a great range and some great deals that they send in their mailing list.
  • You can get the region 2 series box set from amazon.de, which should have the option to turn off the german! Price is 48.35 Euros which should equate to approx. £33.20 when using 1 euro= £1.4566 (Friday 6.Jan)

    No there have been a few threads on MSE.
    I am very happy with their service. Very cheap, elegant though not Euro/US style packing.
    The only problem is the cost of postage $25 for western Europe, but each extra item is just an extra $5. so if you order a number of items this is soon lost in the very low cost of the dvd packages. Ignore the weights posted, they do not seem to take weight into postage costs.

    Re "Lost" the whole of the first series is $12,whoops now $16, so ordered on its own would cost $41 delivered, ie around £24, that is less than the normal UK cost for only the first 12 episodes.

    Payment via Paypal using credit card. Delivery by Parcelpost in about a week, from Shanghai.

    thanks

    I can definitely reccommend them. I bought quite a few sets here and they're all good. Only trouble is that they seem to have stopped taking Paypal. I have emailed them to find out if they will be using that payment method again soon.
