Defaulted credit card

Evening all,
Just checked my credit report, and there's a credit card on there I'd (unbelievably stupidly) managed to forget all about, and it's down as a default. It's not an absolutely huge amount - £700 - so would it be sensible to pay it off? I'm not sure why they don't seem to have chased me for it, but presumably Settled looks better on my file?
Also, my Lloyds overdraft isn't on the file - is that a mistake or would it not necessarily appear?
Cheers,
Richard
