We've got this problem on my underground station. Our station cleaners have been using the staff microwaves to cook some really smelly fish dishes and it stunk the whole place out...we got round it by buying them a microwave for their mess room...

Tell this senior person to stick his microwave where the sun don't shine and get a life .Food does smell no matter what and everyone has to eat.What sort of tyrant is he/she do they not eat on their aerated planet of bossiness.
I would pin a kipper under his/her deak and get everyone to say they can't smell a thing and watch him/her disintergrate into a heap before your eyes in a matter of days !!!!!
We once had a controller at our taxi office who's trainers were a bit whiffy ,so when he used to slip them off and put his feet up for a snooze one of the drivers tipped itching powder in them He didn't wear them for long after that
I'm not saying who it was,but revenge is sweet saith this old wise owl !!

Is it possible to ask this senior person what you can cook/heat up in the microwave? Perhaps they will either come up with some good suggestions or otherwise realise how totally impossible they're being!
