Minimum spend when redeeming voucher?

Yesterday i placed an order online and used my £10 gift voucher.
When i recieved the order aknowledgement email i noticed only £4.27 had been taken off the order.
I phoned them to be told that if you only spent a small amount I spent £22.89 then you only recieve a percentage of the £10 gift voucher?????
I told her i was not aware of this and she said it was stated in the t&c's.
I have looked and i cannot find this info anywhere.
She told me as a 'goodwill' gesture she would take off the delivery charge which is fine but am left wondering if this is true.

  • I have two e-vouchers to use yet. I have noticed that if you buy something for £50 then use your e-vouchers, it doesn't allow you the free postage for spending over £50. So it means the vouchers are actually only worth £14. Bit unfair methinks

I asked instore today as I've now got 3 vouchers. You can use them all for one purchase if you want.

I got a wii game for just under 20 quid plus a fiver postage and used three £5 e-vouchers so paid about a tenner.

Did you try to order something else at the same time which then came up as out of stock? Sometimes if you buy two things it takes some of the price off each item. I also found that what when I tried to use a voucher on something that was out of stock I couldn't use it again.

I used 3 £10 vouchers and £25 cash on a £55 spend. It's fine in the store, but I don't know if you can do it online

there is only 1 code box but when you enter your code, it clears it self so that you can enter another 1.
