Techwood 42" digital lcd tv £449 @ Morrisons

Hi, morrisons currently have a 42" techwood digital lcd tv on offer for £449, it is a 42" widescreen, it is hd ready, with a built in freeview tuner, has 2 hdmi inputs, its on a when its gone, its gone promotion, HTH Dave

EDIT: this tv also has a slot in it, so you can put a card in it and subscribe to setanta.

No, this is LCD not plasma (and it's only £449! not £1299) it's not the same TV at all - had a look at it today and the picture from a DVD player was good and it looked pretty well designed too...

I'm more interested in the freeview box they have advertised in todays Sun along with that TV for £12.Might see if there's any left tomorrow as i could do with a new one:)

Actually I did a bit more searching for Techwood info, and it seems that although the plasma TVs they did were poor, the LCDs are not as bad.
