Not everyone can manage their weight. Outright ban on chocolate?
Not everyone can manage their drinking. Outright ban on alcohol?
Not everyone can manage their smoking and end up on 40 a day. Outright ban on cigarettes?

Quite. I don't see that PayDay Loan companies are doing anything wrong.
If you think they charge horrendous interest rates (which I do) then don't touch them with a bargepole. It's very simple.
They operate legally, they advertise their rates up front and clearly, they don't hold a gun to your head.
Having said all that, there's no way I would ever want to do business this them. I suggest people do the same if you dislike them. And yes, learn to manage your money better.0
