remortgage question for the brokers

I am looking to remortgage. Currently I am on a self cert with BMS rate is 4.99%. I have had this 2 years and paid on time each month. This is shortly due to increase to 6.74%.

My outstanding mortgage is £235k and my property value is £360k.

Can someone be kind enough to advise of typical rates on the market at the moment and tie ins.

thanks

What was your reason for going self cert in the first place?

Have your circumstances changed so that self cert is no longer needed?
