let you make a one time smaller payment if you agree to pay it in full or do I literally just pay nwhat I am billed to pay?
I owe 400 to this company but was wondering if I ring them tomorrow and offer to pay it in full if we could come to some agreement?

I'm not sure if you can make a smaller one off payment but they might setup a monthly payment plan instead.Cross Stitch Cafe Member No1WIP: Cross Stitch: - Crochet:0

If your arrangement with the original creditor has been defaulted, i.e. they have sent you an official default notice, then both you and they are released from the terms and conditions that you originally signed up for, and a 'full and final settlement' can be negotiated.
But before you part with your hard-earned cash, why not give us full details of what's going on here and see what we suggest?0 -
And also make sure you get confirmation in writing before sending any money. You can post on here and ask if unsure - just make sure you are not agreeing to a partial payment. After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91
