Help me!! Credit card and overdraft debt

Since i have moved away from home i have gotten myself into some debt. I started off with an Overdeaft of £1000 and used to pay it off monthly, everytime i got paid. Then i started strugling and it is not a 0% overdraft and when i had been paid i was still in the overdraft. So many people were staying to get a Credit Card and just spend on that and let the overdraft go. I tried. But i have so many outgoings on my Account that i just got into more debt. I have now got £1000 overdraft maxed out and £1000 credit card maxed out. Has anyone got any idea how i will be able to cope untill i get paid on the 18th. As i have about £20 left in my current account. Which is due to go out before i get paid aswell!!!!
Any advice would be appreciated!!!!!!!!

You need to come to some temporary arrangement with your bank so that you don't pick up charges for going over overdrawn this month. Then if you post your incomings and outgoings we can help you identify where to find extra money to put towards your repayments. Sounds impossible, but I now pay over £300 a month towards mine and I never used to end the month with £300 floating around in my account, so it can be done!
If you look on the site then you can find a really useful excel spreadsheet to help you identify your outgoings.Debt Oct 2005: £32,692.94

My main problem i think is that my wages dont cover my over draft!! Its like a vicious circle. I will put together what my ingoings and out goings are. Thanks0
