Hi, my current tracker mortgage deal is coming to an end and I am looking for another deal. My current lender is Nationwide, their deals dont look as good as what i have already, unless I am prepared to pay a reservation fee of £399! My total mortgage is £95081 and I pay 4.54% rate at present. £67005 is interest only which I have a pru endownment on track and £28096 is repayment. My house is worth about £225k
