expenditure for avon

I am a newbie Avon rep, on my 3rd campaign and have registered with tax. Just wondering how do I work out internet charges, & electric? Or is there a reasonable amount that I could put in? I have set up spreadsheets with everything else on, but have no idea what to put in for the above!

Sorry if all this has been covered before, new on here and can't find what I'm looking for. Totally

As far as I know it relates to the percentage of business usage. You have to estimate. e.g. if you had internet and used it before starting avon and now you think you use 10% of your internet usage on Avon you can charge your business 10% of your internet bill. If you didn't have internet before and now ONLY use it for Avon stuff then you can charge your whole bill to your company. Keep your bills though, you could be asked to prove the expense, though you can't really proove how much of the usage goes on the business.

Same goes for electricity and phone bills, though elec might be harder to estimate percentage usage, assuming that you're doing this from home.

That's as I understand it anyway, if i'm wrong I'd like to be corrected please because that's how I'm calculating it for my Body Shop at Home business!
