Poussin - how to cook?

Hi there

I have defrosted it now, but dont know how to cook it, my husband isnt that keen on the idea of poussin

Can anyone give me some ideas on how to cook it and make tasty!

Thanks

Sylvia

I did them for the first time the other day - I had 2 - and cooked them in the Remoska for about 30 mins.
However they probably vary in size! I guessed the timing, and took them out when the colour looked right.

    Hi silvia,

This earlier thread has some links that may help:

    How to cook a poussin?

I'll add your thread to that one later to keep the suggestions together.

    They are just small chickens.

Spatchcock it, and grill with salt and lemon juice.

Poussin tend not to be as tasty as chicken, so I do a curry recipe ;)
