Reserving an item

Has anyone ever reserved an item.
Got to the store.
Paid for item.
Stood and waited for said reserved item
Waited some more?
Finally got bored of the store manager eying you up like your about to rob the store.
Asked a member of staff where your item is.
Staff member disappear out back for 5 mins
Stood round looking like a lemon while numerous other people have come and gone
Had another staff member come out and then tell you that although theres 3 items in stock they cant find any of them and arent looking any more
No?? Just me then :mad:
Lovely start to a Sunday!!!
Got to the store.
