    Don't you just hate it when that happens!!

    Especially when you are normally told the prices are cheaper the earlier you book.

    Should be going to Holland next month with a mate.
    Now it looks likely that he has to return home to Canada earlier than he thought which means he wont be able to go.
    Looked at what would happen if I wanted to change his name on the booking to that of my wife.It would cost me £55 for name change and difference in fare from what we paid to the full price now.
    So I've booked a seperate ticket at sale price for my wife at £28.
    I Would rather pay that now than £55 or probably more as the date gets nearer if matey boy can't make it.
    I never turn down a chance to go to Holland.

    Thanks OP. Hadn't realised how much less the taxes are on easyjet than ryanair, too.
