In the 70s:j I used to buy stripey bags from Lakeland to separate all my veg from the fruit etc. All my homegrown veg and fruit are packed in small freezer bags but what I want to find are big coloured bags to put them all in and keep them separate. Lakeland stopped making them about 5 years ago so
Can I use carrier bags? and what does everyone else use? I could use large tupperware boxes without the lids but I would rather have something the size of a carrier bag. help:beer:

If you're not too fussy about what you separate the individual bags into, a call into a greengrocer or two should find you half a dozen nets in different colours. Our carrots come in a brilliant orange colour but we see all colours in use around here including pale and royal blue, scarlet, greens of all shades as well as a wonderful violet that complements large baking potatoes beautifully.
