Morning
I have settled a loan agreement with Welcome Finance recently but would like to know how I can claim back my PPI charges?
Can I still do this even if we both reached a settleent agreement which was considerably lower than the original loan repayment amount?
Thanks

If you feel you were mis sold the PPI in any way you can then try to reclaim these back, there are many reasons for this, check this link out here:
http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/ppi-loan-insurance
There are some useful info on that above link and a list of mis selling reasons, if any of them occur to you then write a letter to the ones who arranged and sold you the loan with PPI, for instance the loan was with Welcome Finance but was it them who sold you the loan or a loan broker?
If its Welcome then write to them, if it was a broker write to them.
There is also a letter template on that link, use that to help you but add as much ino as possible to back your case and your own reasons of why you feel you were mis sold, they have 8 weeks to respond, post by recorded delivery for your proof.
Let us know the outcome in order for us to help you with the following step.
If you require further info just yell.;)
There is also an actual PPI reclaim - discussion thread on here too if you want to post on there.
Good luck:beer:
