Swarovski Encrusted Shoes

Good Evening Ladies,

I have spent months looking for the right pair of wedding shoes, but I can't find. I really want a pair covered with Swarovski crystals, but the ones I find are sooooooooo expensive, and I just can't justify spending that much on the shoes.

So, I'm prepared to have ago myself I want to buy a pair of shoes and painstakinly (sp?) stick them on myself.

Please, can someone advise on the type of crystals, size, number etc that I need as I've had a look at Ebay and it's just confusing me

I just had a look on Ebay using "encrusted shoes", and there were lots of people selling a variety of sparkly shoes they claim to have made themselves (some for their own weddings).

You could always try contacting one of these sellers (everyone loves a bride-to-be!) and asking how they did it. A lot of them are absolutely gorgeous - good luck!

Hiya,
I am a member of a wedding website. One of the ladies on there used hot fix crystals which she got from ebay, and good old super glue. The pictures she posted of her shoes looked really good.

Crystal shoes?

I found a great site recently where you can buy Crystal covered shoes and they're tons cheaper than the usual suspects!

i love it as you can pick your colour and heel height for all their shoes and they're pretty reasonable too

jeski - I thought of that exact same post on YAYW when I saw the OP! I remember being so impressed when I saw the photos in the summer, they are awesome. You are a saint though for finding the right thread though to post on here, must have taken ages, especially with diamante spelled wrong! well done!
