Sorry, you are incorrect. Wine is usually delivered free depending on the amount you spend - not 12 bottles ! The 12-bottle rule you mention is the minimum quantity (apart from champagne) that they will accept as an order. As the email specifically showed wine, and was for a £50 spend, rather than the usual higher amount, that is why it qualifies, the only exclusions are those shown on my reply. I tested it again this morning and if you spend £50 you get free delivery. If they did charge on a grocery order, quoting this email would get it credited I am positive.
