LoveFilm: Free extra rental DVD for existing customers

Hopefully other LoveFilm customers like me have received an email offering an extra free rental DVD to say "thank you" for being a "loyal" customer. I have requested the extra DVD today and could not see any catch, so fingers crossed.
Hope the following might help those who like using postal DVD rentals. I only use companies like LoveFilm when they offer me a deal. Currently I've paid one month's rental and got two more months' for "free", giving me nine rentals at 66p each. I'm sure the savings are greater for those with the time to watch more films than I do.
I've had this "buy one get two more months" deal a number of times in the past so now prefer to do without rather than pay full whack. I'm "loyal" so long as they offer me a discount.
When the three months are up, I ring and ask if I can renew on the same terms. I've learnt to do it on the final day though, otherwise they tend to say no. Even then I know they'll come back to me later.
