Hello, does anyone made a subscription at DatingDirect via Quidco?
I made it for one month (it costs 23.87GBP) and I would get 30GBP back.
How many months should I pay it for? Will 2 months be enough for getting the cashback?

Just a word of warning about datingdirect. I signed up to them for 1 month and turned off the automatic monthly renewal they hide in your settings. I used the service and didn't care for the quality so didn't renew. Well low and behold they took another payment anyway.

Contacted them and got a very condescending reply telling me I hadn't turned the auto renew off. When I advised I had indeed as I know how companies take the mick with these things got the same pathetic response, this time with instructions on how to disable the auto renew. A few more emails and they basically told me to eff off. Nice CS, eh? :rolleyes:

I called my credit card and had the charges reversed immediately as they were fraudalent. I would advise paying with your credit card to protect yourself.

Yes, I paid it with my credit card. BTW I wasn´t able to switch of the automatic renewal in the first week, but now I can do it. I don´t know if I can do it now (I want to get the cashback).

I let them to debit for another month and now it seems, I will get the cashback, because there is status validated in Quidco.
