Wii style computer game - £20 in Morrisons

I realise that if your little darlings are expecting a proper Wii for Christmas they'll be a bit disappointed if Santa left one of these instead but it might make a nice stocking filler. In Morrisons this morning they had a computer game which I think was called 'Zone' and was priced at a round £20. It plugs into your tele and has two wireless controllers a bit like the Wii. It has seven games built in including football, tennis, table tennis, fishing, bowling, boxing and another one that I've forgotten. I don't think you can buy extra games, you have to make do with the seven they give you. As I say it isn't a Wii but it only costs about a tenth of price so it's a bit more affordable.:santa2:
The fridge is empty, the walls are damp, there's no hot water
And I look like a tramp and tramps like us
Baby we were born to walk

A word of caution, consider that for £20 you are getting exactly what you pay for, a cheap and inferior Wii rip off. It may be of some fun for very young kids, but most are quite savvy and will be quite put out that they have a rubbish system whilst their friends have the proper version.

That said, it's still a good bit of fun, and £20 isn't a bank breaker.

brought one of these for our 5 & 6 year old daughters for xmas, although mainly for practice, as we have a wii that the will get to use once they have the hang of using the controllers on this system, and only costus £18 with my discount, so cheaper than buying a new wii controller if they break it, or a new telly when they throw it though the screen  , dave
