  • I have just booked something very similar in Somerset for July 2009. Are you still selling your picnic baskets as I am looking for lots! I need at least 20.x
  • have emailed you. :)
  • Hi there,

You have also just described the wedding I am trying to plan for next year. What part of Somerset were you in? Where did you purchase your picnic baskets?(I am guessing they have been sold by now).

Hope married life is treating you well!
  • Oh my goodness this all sounds wonderful. Can I ask did you have amplified music in the barn because I was researching a barn the other day and they said I was only allowed to have acoustic music. Also how did you book the bishops barn I can't seem to find a contact number on the internet.
    Thank you
  • HI there

Noticed it's been a while since you posted your thread but love the idea and I have been searching everywhere for a caterer that could possibly help. Thought about trying to do it ourselves but think we need that somebody to sort the baskets. Could you email me the person that did it and possibly any photos. It sounds like you had a perfect day!!

Singersoul - not sure if the OP will still be reading this thread two years on, but if you want a caterer in Somerset, let me know - I've got one who is very down to earth and sensibly priced..!
Why does nobody say Thank You anymore??

  • Yes please, have tried to email the op so hopefully they will get in touch??!! fingers crossed. But if you could let me know your caterer that would be great. It seems so hard to find a caterer that doesn't charge a fortune!!

    She was fab!

Have found an online link to a pic of the baskets so will PM you if I can work out how!
