I think I know that answer to this but ...
I bought a £42 cardigan from Oasis (Debenhams) in the 20% off sale, in the wrong size so I could take it to another Oasis and swap it for the right size. It turned out that another Debenhams had the cardi in the right size so I swapped it the following day, still under the 20% discount.
Anyway... now it turns out Oasis have reduced that cardigan to £20!! I have lost the receipt, but still have the new receipt that I got when I exchanged the cardi. Will I be able to take that in and get the difference (about £13) back?

you would need the receipt that has proof of how much you paid, and card details on (if u paid by card) as you would be returning the item, then buying it back from them again.0

I used to work in debenhams & when I worked there If you paid by card and you brought in your bank statement (knowing the date/approx time of the original purchase) then we would be able to check the records & could refund you. If you paid by cash...Then it wont happen sorry
Try to be a bit pushy, SA's in concessions hate refunding because it effects their targets. Fingers crossed
