Just recieved a letter from HFC?Marbles - basically a notice of intended default.
You will find it difficult to obtain future credit blah blah
PPI will be cancelled blah blah (i havnt got any)
the notice will cost £12 and be added to the balance
if its passed to a dca they may visit.
legal action may become necassary and the costs will be added to your balance.
This is all due to CCA request which as of yet, they havnt fulfilled. Complaint has gone off to FOS today.
Any tips in the meantime? (and not the 11 at Kempton 3.15;) ) I know "agents" have no rights so not worried about that.

Without the CCA ( a CORRECT one may I add ) they cant do diddly!
'DCA may visit, let them waste their petrol....without Court Ahthorisation they have no rights to be on your property ( and no right to charge for the visit either )

Pretty much thought so, just wanted to check really.
