Grabitnow...any refund problems?

I ordered one of those popping keyring things from Grabitnow a while ago but it never turned up so emailed them for a refund. They emailed me some form which you then have to post back to them signed, which I did,and still not been refunded. Has anyone else had problems like this before?

my boyfriend had this problem on an item that never arrived as well. He used the legal jargon and they finally refunded him. Makes you wonder though on some of the deals how many people would bother to get in touch for something so cheap and pursue it. Btw those popping keyrings are in poundland! i got one from my son from grabit before i knew. It was a novelty for all of 5 minutes. So you did not miss much. There are quite a few things on grab it that are in poundland. It has put me off a bit.

My popping keyring from the start of this month never turned up either - I gave it about 10 days, then sent back the 'lost parcel' form and asked for a replacement, which turned up about a week later, so I was happy enough.

Never had a problem or had to ask for a refund before though, so don't know if refunds are handled differently.
