We went there last Christmas for our works Christmas meal, and I have never had such bad service and the food was lousy. I complained and no one cared, but I pursued it to the national director.

We met some friends a few months later and they complained about going out to a meal and how awful the service had been, they did not say where it was, I said, it wasn't Old Orleans was it. It was...

It literally was the worst service I have ever received, and when I said about the staff smoking outside and then smelling of smoke when they were serving food, I was told that was not true, but I saw the staff outside the front doors with my own eyes.

I was offered a free meal, but it was so bad I would not go back.

Must admit I went a few times & enjoyed it but not the last time I went. The guy serving us seemed to be quoting from the 'serve your customers like this' book. He wasn't genuine at all & came across very badly. If you do go please give tha apple pie a miss, it's terrible, small individual pie thats all stodgy pastry, yuk!

I do mystery shopping and old orleans is one of my favourites. the food was fab and service was good too and i did 3 visits to 2 different ones so maybe you have just been unlucky.

I have been several times, and it has usually been good, only one bad meal, and they comped that. I'll happily use the voucher

Been to the one in the Printworks myself a couple of times & no complaints here, either (other than its a bit pricey, but the voucher will help with that!) Seems like Manchester is coming out better than some of the other branches!
