Hello,
I am new here and need some information about declaring bankruptcy. I have searched the Google and it seems to be littered with endless streams of information, whereas I just need straight forward information. I am in around £13000.00 of debt it cannot pay it off.
Please can someone give me their experience of declaring bankruptcy: How long it took, fee or law charges and the stress of it!

Hi benji2010, if you actually pop onto the sub board bankruptcy and living with it at the top of the debt free wannabee page and post onto there, there are loads of people on there who can help with your questions. probably see you on there,BSC #215/No.1 Jan 09 Club0
