Hi hope you can help,
I have just bought some double cream to whip for our dessert, and i was wondering if i whip it now and put it in the fridge will it still be firm in about 5 hours time. OH works late so I wanted to save him some pudding in the fridge rather than having to get the mixer out again. When I have made it in the past we have eaten it straight away so I don't know about pre prepairing it.
Beaters are cold in the fridge and await your replys,
thanks.
