HELP: Omega Fish oil for kids

:hello: Hi all,
Please excuse me as this is my first post asking for help.
I know there have been posts in the past but i am wanting advice and help in getting the right Omega 3 fish oil for my kids.
I've 4 kids between 3-10 and cannot afford buying anything too expensive, i'm also limited in getting many of the things available as we cannot have anything with Gelatine in it.
Can anyone advise on the best ones available etc.
Kind regards
Khal

OJ Omega 3 Juice 360ml £5.99 this is I think the cheapest source of high strength omega 3.
This Healthspan version is a lot more expensive but may (I don't know haven't tried it) taste better
Do be extremely suspicious of chewable kids version of omega 3. The cheap verisons contain very little omega 3 but unacceptable amounts of hydrogenated oils, aspartame and the more expensive forms just too little omega 3 to have much if any effect.
The best source of omega 3 is oily fish hopefully 3 times a week. Sardines in tomato sauce are cheap and cheerful (netto's 32p now) but herring, mackerel salmon are all good sources. My weight loss following Doktor Dahlqvist' Dietary Program
