originally they were £29.99 and my 7 and 10 year olds have played with them all night and first thing this morning, unlike the twelve inch ones which they have only played with for about half an hour since they got them at christmasHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. Just bought 2 at Sainsburys Cannock, priced at £29.99 but scanned at £7.50. 2 still left on shelf.
Cashier said Sainsburys stores charge varying prices therefore I could not have them for £3.75 each. Is this correct??
I bought my daughter one of these for Xmas but the gold Dalek has a fault and simply spins in circles. I purchased it from Argos on 2/12. Anyone know their policy for returns outside the normal 28 days? Will I get a refund?0 -
go to argos and say they are faulty. you should get a refund or replacement. if you get a replacement take it back a week later and say it was replaced but your "SISTER" actually wanted a refund. you should get your refund if it is all sealed still. i use this excuse all the time after i have changed my mind about something, even if it is six months later. I JUST LOVE ARGOS.Just about to give up!0

You are allowed to return an item within a reasonable time ( depends on the product) for refund or replacement (your choice) if faulty. i guess you will be ok if you return it now but you will need you reciept.0 -

If the item is faulty I'm not sure a receipt is necessary - but it certainly makes life easier.

Hi, has anyone else had any luck tracking down the battlepack bargains? Particularly in the Hertfordshire region?“All you need is love. But a little chocolate now and then doesn't hurt.” Charles M Schulz0
