Ok started a new thread for woollies to see if anybody has heard anything new from them. As I got phones from Woolies a few months ago am interested to see if there is any chance of seeing if they will honour this deal

When I saw that Tesco had re-listed their Gamecube offer I emailed them asking them to fulfil my order of 2.
Delivery originally stated 10-14 days. The GC was back on Tesco within a week! They turned down my request by email so I gave their CS a ring. The pleasant chap on the phone stated that they couldn't sell them to me at that price (voice fading as he said it). I said that they stated they could not fulfill my order because they didn't have stock, but now they had. He obviously knew I was right but could do nothing! I said I would take the matter further! I wrote off to Watchdog straight away, accusing Tesco of breaking the Law under the Trades descriptions act! If they had just stated (like Dell) that they were sorry and it was a genuine website error, that would have been the end of the matter. But No, Tesco in their usual way have to be greedy, and lie.
This time they will get their fingers burnt but not by much! I expect that they can get 5000 gamecubes for £30 each and post them off to us for a fiver. No real loss there then!
As for Woolies they've been more clever!
They have not re-listed the item and therefore we have to believe they have no stock at present - as the Argos lady would say!

The have got a good deal for the game cube in Woolies for 79.99 it is the pokemon game plus another game. I could have bought one in store with the 10% off yesterday for £72. Well it would be dreaming to think we could have this one from them!!
