Littlewoods discrepancy ?

Hi all. I wonder if s.o. will give me their opinion on these t Shirts?

The phrase "Two pack" to me means that you will get2 packs of 4 T shirts (8 altogether)working out at "£1.50 each in the sale. When I queried this with L. they say

This item is a two pack of two tshirts so you should receive four

Here their are 5 T shirts in a five pack?

In the delivery that i received there were 4 t shirts in one bag!

I have to agree with you, it comes across as 2 packs of 4 t-shirtsso 8 altogether, although is probably a mistake on their part. Don't they have to honour it though?!

My reading is that they used the singular "2 Pack" meaning there are 2 in the pack, rather than "2 Packs" meaning there are 2 of them.

The title and description clearly show 4 t-shirts so I'd be suprised if anything more than 4 t-shirts were delivered. I suspect the 2 Pack was simply a matter of someone using the wrong icon on the page (or not having a 4 Pack icon).

Past experience of catalogues by MSErs is that it is very hard work getting something out of them when the misdescription is in black and white (the PSOne console and games being a prime example). This is at best confusing, but arguably not a complete misdescription. As they offer free returns, if you aren't happy paying £3 a t-shirt, then return the goods and get a refund, it will cost you more in time, phone calls and effort to obtain a better offer off them IMHO.
