Yes its hard - but its so much better when you can be the 'bigger person' - so to speak. Letter sounds good to me. I'm sorry to hear of your terrible time with them. Keep us informed of how it goes!!

In fairness, I don't think there was anything rude at all in your letter. Remember and send it recorded or they will deny ever having received it (sometimes they even do it with recorded letters!)Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!0
