    They should have accepted it as I also got one via email and it said to print it out and pass it on to friends

    Same here in South Shields.

    I told them, that's fine, as I would go elsewhere, and they accepted (on this occasion only).

    I told them that this was a genuine e-mail voucher, but still insisted that it was only newspaper's vouchers that would be accepted.

    e-mail B & Q, and state that they wouldn't accept your voucher.

    They may give you a voucher for the discount that you had missed out on.

    I've just used it in East kilbride Glasgow. It wouldnt scan but the assistant typed in the numbers and it worked.

    Damn they should work the voucher came form an email and they said to print it out and also pass on to friends

    Just be careful of prices as someone in grabbit forum said they bumped some prices up over recent days

    If the assistant wont scan it then pay full price and go to customer services. I'm doing another one and going back tomorrow for my xmas lights !

  • just saved myself nearly £200 on a kitchen for my first place. (paper coupon)
  • Thanks for this one, hubby found an advert in the Sun yesterday for a Ryobi drill advertised at half price, used the extra 15% voucher too, so only cost him just under £40 rather than over £90!
  • I used the print out one in Poole this morning, no problem. She typed in the number from the barcode. I was only getting paint and white spirit but still saved £7 - excellent :)
