Hi All,
I have just been issued a court claim from Bryan Carter Solicitors for a debt around £9000
I was wondering if its possible to get a repayment arrangement with them without the persuing the CCJ. I dont want another CCJ on my file as my credit file is already pretty poor!
I have 14 days to reply to the claim, what do you guys suggest I do?
Thanks for your help!
Matt

What is the debt for?
Could it be possible to request a copy of the credit agreement?
There are some letters on the nationaldebtline site that may help.

matt, I would suggest you pop along to the consumer action group forums as they will be able to answer all your questions and provide the help you need. They can provide invaluable assistance regarding Court claims so please give them a try. Also, don't leave things too late regarding the Court claim otherwise you will have Judgement entered against you.0
