New DFW- Credit Card Advice

Right, finally decided to get my overdraft and credit cards paid off. Has been an expensive last year with me spending money on doing the house up, treating myself to a few holidays and paying the household bills whilst my girlfriend gets qualified (qualifies FEb) for her new career.
Anyways, I've been through all bills and reduced them as much as I can, vodafone down to £12.50 pm, BT Broadband £9.50 pm etc.
Now need to get the overdraft and credit cards sorted as follows:
Nationwide Overdraft £1600 reducing to £1000 this month
Nationwide Credit Card, out of deal: Limit £5500, Bill is £1600
Barclaycard Credit Card (0% till April 09) Limit £5000, Bill £2700
Capitalone Credit Card (0% till December 09) Limit £5000, Bill £2700
ACTION:
1)I propose to move my Nationwide Bill of £1600 to Capitalone who are still offering my 0% on BT. Then get the nationwide card closed.
2) Reduce the overdraft facility by £100 each month
Any advice/ideas welcome please.

Sounds good. When I was doing the shuffle it was a question as to whether closing a card so as not to have too much "available credit" was better than hanging on to it with a £0 balance and hoping for a further 0% deal later.
You seem to have it all under control though.CCs @0% £24k Dec 05 £19,621.41 Au £13400 S 12600 Oct £11,981 £9481 £7500 Nov £7250 D £7100 Jan 6950 F £5800 Mar£5400 May £4830 June £4660 July £4460 Aug £3200, S £900, £0 18/9/07 DFW Nerd 0420 -
