Happy New Year All!
Just got off the phone and negotiated my first F&F settlement  :j
Ok wasn't a massive amount...I had been paying if off for a few years!!
Moorcroft was handling it, I called up today on a whim and asked since I owed a small amount , £77.59, would the company it was with be interested in a F&F today.
A few clicks later I was offer 25% off...(would be a good amount if I owed loads to them lol) and I thought since I pay £20/mth already I might aswell save £19.59 and accept the offer

So paid them £58 instead of the usual £20, and now i'm one debt less... a few months early!! :j :j :j :j
I have another account with them and thought it would be worth asking about that on too...that one is more owed £360 (pay £20/mth to that too), but the computer said 'no'
Apparently Provident don't want me to settle early!! lol Oh well one down a few more to go
Just wanted to share as i was pleased with myself lmao!!

I didnt realist F&F would be even considered on such a small amount.
