Ok so i got frustrated :mad: and sent the following email to qype
I have tried a couple of times different ways to contact you. You offered last month to give a £50 amazon voucher to persons completing 50 reviews. Your site also offers an iPod for people who qualified as a "ninja". I know from an offsite forum that people who completed AFTER me have received their incentives. I was planning on using these for Christmas presents, and they have still not arrived.
I believe I have been patient so far. As my reviews are still on your site, I can only assume the quality of the content is good enough for you, and my profile has a big badge on it saying "Qype ninja". Therefore there is absolutely NO reason for your failure to honour your side of the bargain. You have also had the cheek to send an email out stating that because so many people responded, you would not be sending (unrelated) free goods out. Subsequent to this email, I know for a fact that people have registered, qualified and received their free goods.
You are in technical breach of your contract with me (when I accept your terms and conditions on my sign up, this is a two way contract, and just as binding on you as it is on me), and I am making a formal demand for payment as advertised on your site. Should you fail to honour my demand, I will require you to remove ALL of my content from your site as I gave the content on the understanding of recompense, plus I will require compensating for the time taken to add this content to your site. I am sure you dont wish to be dragged through this, and I certainly have better things to do with my time, so please at least do me the courtesy of a reply and let me know when I can expect the payment you offered in an Amazon voucher (which can be emailed, so no excuses on the delay of that) and the iPod, along with the other "Qype goodies".

I received mine on the morning of the tenth as well, but it was not instantly recogniseable as from Qype. Also my friend did it and hers went into her spam,have you checked there,just in case?0

I have not received my voucher as well.....am very disappointed now, as i was hoping to buy a watch from amazon for my bf's present......
i sent them 2 emails and the fact that i did not get a reply to either makes me annoyed.....

I have had a response to my emails from Qype support team.
They have my voucher recorded as being sent by Amazon on 10th. I emailed back to confirm that It never arrived and they have had it resent today,
I have not been ignored by Qype the way that some people appear to have been, but I can only say that in my case they have been very helpful.:j0 -
I still dont have mine, I've emailed numerous times and getting fed up now.
I'll be going back on the site, deleting all my reviews and warning others against the site!!

Ok I got this reply form rob:-
Hi
We’re in the process of phasing out our current line of Qype merchandise, and the deadline for getting your hands on stuff has been set for New Year’s Eve 2008.
This means that those people who signed up to Qype before 12pm on 18 November and reach 250/500/1000 points before 11:59pm on 31 December will be eligible to receive the current line of goodies
So if you’re still a few points shy of one of the levels then you have around two weeks to get there. For everyone else there’s another massive competition coming in the new year.
Don’t worry if you qualify for some of the goodies and don’t receive them before the end of the year as we’ll be clearing the backlog in January.

Just a thought but did you all sign up through the Amazon link on the Qype site and get the return e-mail saying that you had been entered into the Amozon Challenge?
I know some people were complaining because they thought that they would be getting the voucher, but then discovered that they hadn't correctly signed up in the first place.0 -
