the problem with diets for me is, that however much they spout - you can eat what you like - it's still a straight jacket in some way or another. Points, carbs, proteins etc. For me it feels like the equivalent of someone with a huge, huge debt who has their LBM, and then realises it is going to take something like 5 years to clear as long as they don't have any slip ups or major life changes to make them want to slip back into their old ways.
I know the exact reasons why I over eat and when and the habits are incredibly ingrained, even nasty comments (most recent one, 2 mornings ago) from you know who just go over my head now, where as before I would get upset, I just can't even do that now.

Eating and weight, such a hard subject........it just seems so hard to control our eating habits these days...i put it down to the freely available jaffa cakes......
seriously though, until my kids were about five I had never even seen a macdonalds never mind been in one!
I have my new reading glasses on - they are great! hopefully now the raging headaches will get better and I may be able to study better...Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

Woohoo Friday at last!!!!
How is everyone?
...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -
I'm glad it's Friday Linda!!! How are you?

Another lurker here
I want to help jinky with her router problem, if i can. As someone already said check the label on the back/bottom of the router for the WEP key, maybe your ex never changed it. If that doesn't work plug in a network cable (cat 5), this doesn't need a key
then you can login to the router to find out the key, or if not just use it wired. Also check for the model of the router, eg mine is Netgear DG834G, then i can tell you how to get to your router setup page or how to reset it. Cross Stitch Cafe Member No1WIP: Cross Stitch: - Crochet:0 -
