Something like this would do, but i would check the spelling, not my strong point:o

You have contacted me regarding the AFOREMENTIONED ACCOUNT, which you claim is owed by myself. As you have already been informed this debt was included in my bankruptcy petion, wich was accepted at XXXXX court on the XX of XXX of XXXX. The legal implacations of attempting to collect a debt included in said bankruptcy is a very serious offence as such I advise you to take this letter very seriously.Thats it, i am done, Blind-as-a-Bat has left the forum, for good this time, there is no way I can recover this account, as the password was random, and not recorded, and the email used no longer exits, nor can be recovered to recover the account, goodbye all ………….

Something along the lines of "Final letter before commencement of legal action":DThats it, i am done, Blind-as-a-Bat has left the forum, for good this time, there is no way I can recover this account, as the password was random, and not recorded, and the email used no longer exits, nor can be recovered to recover the account, goodbye all ………….

Ok, Bat, I'm getting there, I think. No worries, Fatou. Stuff that gets pasted in and out of different documents always ends up being corrupted. It's "implications" with two i's, and I think there ought to be a full stop before "as such", so it reads:
As you have already been informed, this debt was included in my bankruptcy petition, which was accepted at XXX court on the XX of XXXX, XXXX.
Then, either:
The legal implications of attempting to collect a debt that was included in this bankruptcy are very serious.
Or:
Attempting to collect a debt that was included in this bankruptcy is a serious offence.
Then:
As such, you are advised to take this letter very seriously.
The rest of it looks good to me as it stands. Well scary!
Only two 'L's in UNLAWFUL0 -
your first assumptions lilly bart was right namely " the legal implication ..... are very serious" but says that to shopacheck lol !BSC number 1830
