    As in tax underpaid.

Sorry, its a force of habit to just say "you are underpaid" when someone hasn't paid enough tax, as I usually work with people in tax. Indeed this is what I meant to say.

    Thanks.

Im going to go in to see personnel in the morning with my payslips and get them to sort it out for me. It would be so much easier to put the 2 jobs together but i dont think they will be able to.
I used to work 30 in one department but now it is split 15 in one and 15 in another. ( im multi skilled )
i get the same gross money as i did for the 30 in 1 as i do for the 15 in the 2.

I would go see the payroll instead as it is their specialist field (personnel will not have a clue unless you speak to one who has worked in payroll before).

Putting both jobs on one payslip makes sense, however it depends how sophisticated their payroll system is, eg it might not cope with 2 different rates of pay. If it is a large organisation, it could simply be a matter of them not knowing you have 2 jobs paid by them.

The tax office should split your allowance in such a way that you use up all the free allowance - when you sort out how these 2 jobs are being paid, it may be worthwhile having a chat with the tax office where you can explain which jobs you have (sometimes it is easier for the tax office to follow because unfortunately there are a number scattered around the country with no guarantee that you have the same tax office for all 3 jobs).
