Only £5 saved today with my tesco shopping - I bought most of my shopping from the "I have to be used by today" shelf. My freezer now has 3 bernard matthews turkey escalopes, a box of chocolate eclairs and half a chicken joint with stuffing and sausages that I will use in the new year.:j

Finally paid my cheques in, and posted the book (42p - I want to sell more of the books that small!) and got home to find a new box from the OU on the doorstep, containing one seriously scary looking assignment diary/timetable thing (its a bloomin A3 poster!!!), and two dvd/cdroms and three books. What have I let myself in for

Got an email to confirm my participation in a panel discussion will be payment in the form of a £50 cheque - I could have sworn that the original email said it was £20  but I wont be complaining, I expect that will turn up in the New Year now too, so my January totals are already looking good. :j

In the meantime though still trying to work out where I can find my 'missing' £3 for this months target, but assorted survey panels are ticking along nicely, as is my archerfish total (thanks to a couple more people joining a downline), though I think Im going to transfer £10 from my dollar pp account to the sterling one to meet that target this month, going to have to put 'student' head on now and get stuck in to my current OU courses.
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Done it! I've done it! I didn't count any overtime/savings/the tenner I found in a bag I haven't used in a year - I just counted cashing out of survey sites, STP, scratchcards etc.

I'm going for £20 in January. And counting those things.

Excuse me for preening, but I'm really pleased with myself! :D

Well done and don't worry about shouting about it - thats what we're here for

Today I made 70p on the scratchcards and saved 2x £1.98 on my favourite christmas sweeties
Plus £5.80 tracked on a Quidco
Not been here in years! Hi everyone. Make £10 a day challenge = £78.45/155

£35 profit from a matched bet for me today, plus £3 from pcone, £12.50 amazon voucher from surveys etc. New total is £307.50, but will be making £12.00 later so i will have achieved my total early for the month, but as usual, i will keep going.

Am feeling rather chuffed, i have totalled u how much i have made since starting the £10 challenge in April and have currently made £3264.75. Surprising how much you can make through this challenge. Thanks for everyones help.

hello everyone! You're all doing so well and I am sucking and not making any money but hey... :( I am trying!! I did a little bootsing yesterday for extra points but I had to spend to get them and I'll save them up untill I have £10 and then use them for phone credit next time I need it I think - and I'll count it then :) not really done a lot else to be honest - dont feel like stp after I got downgraded, haven't been sent any surveys, only up to £7 and £5 on my scratchcards so I can't cash out (but I did win 50p today!! :) ) and theres nothing for me on onepoll either and I'm fed up of bing0p0rt lol. Everyone else seems so motivated and I really should be but I'm just not feeling it. :(
Also still haven't heard anything about the jackpotjoy/freebiegb amazon offer so I feel a little stung (but that is al my fault) I just at least want them to get back to me :(
Do people think that after christmas will be an ok time to start putting things on ebay by the way? because I think I'm going to have to start doing that - which is ok I just find it so boring and i only have rubbish to sell and the fees are expensive!!
I need to take £450 from my savings next week too so they will plummet and I was sort of (I know this sounds silly) saving for january... like just to have some money to pay my rent and I know we're going to get some massive bills!! :(
Must get my !!! into gear!! Can anyone suggest anything that I haven't allreasy mentioned/refer me to anything good?
I'm with bingoprt, valued ops, pineC (But i think they are phasing out us £4 members - what do you think?) onepoll, globaltest market, lightspeed, toluna (but theyre not good for me) pigsback (I'm about to quit I think lol) !!! Thank you sorry for being so mopey :(
  • £75 cheque from my father in law for christmas yesterday :j Feels like that's cheating though cos I was getting it anyway and haven't exactly worked for it (unless you count being an excellent daughter in law...)
One I am happy to count though is winning a bottle of champagne in a work's free raffle which will do for my sister's birthday next month - will save me spending £15 on a pressie as I usually would.
