I know gambling isn't very MSE. But I played a game of poker (for fun!) for a £1 whilst we were waiting around at uni. And I won :j :j . So that's £4, and I recieved a £3 P!nec*ne payment as well.

Finally got my two cheques paid in to the bank £45 and some pennies (cant remember exactly how many - will check on my statement tomorrow), and one of my MS companies has initiated my first payment so again hopefully that'll be showing tomorrow. Doesnt look like there'll be many I can do this month though, the two in my area which arent nightclubs need children - which I have a distinct lack of (annoying since one is the place I would usually be on the day and time specified!)

I have done really well today - I earnt £5 for participating in a survey (I was dragged off New Street to talk about toothpaste for 15 minutes), the fiver lingered in my purse for a while then I bought some lunch with it:rolleyes:

I have just come back from the eye hospital optician who has now ordered my reading glasses and because I am on the dole and my complicated prescription I get £54 off my glasses so I was very careful to find some frames that fell within the price bracket including lenses so all I had to pay for was the coating on the lenses:j Now I shall be needing some normal distance glasses soon so I wonder if they will give me £54 off them too:D
