Capital One

Hi All,

My brother had a capital one credit card which had £200 credit limit. Due to late payment charges, debit interest and overlimit charges the debit now stands as £536.

He received a recorded letter today from Equidebt demanding a full payment which he cannot afford.

Is there anything he can do to avoid paying the charges?

Please help.

Thanks
SM

I would offer a low monthly payment which he can afford (£10) per month or if possible ask for a settlement figure would be between 75% - 50% of what they are asking.
But get some advice before offering anything try https://www.cccs.co.uk
