i just bought 2 cases so with the delivery charge it came to £5.15pence for 24 Advent Calendars. If it comes through and they honour my purchase i am donating half or more of them to my church to sell. Thanks for the heads up on this!

I know I'll probably get roasted for this but I called ethical superstore to query this. Its not really ethical to take advantage of an ethical trading company
before the backlash begins, the nice lady I spoke to confirmed that this is not a mis-price
It's genuine and they will be honouring all orders. They've not sold as many as they expected to and thought it was more ethical of them to sell them cut-price than for them to go to landfill.

    :T :T :T Well done Ethical Superstore:T :T :T
  • This is the best-ever bargain!

I always try to buy Fairtrade if possible anyway. Ethical Superstore is a really good shop too.

  • good for them. I hope they get lots of extra trade out of it, more should follow their stance.

  • I've just ordered a case, even with the £3.95 delivery charge they are still a bargain.:j

Great idea of theirs to sell them off cheap rather than just bin them :T

I ordered 3 cases (for school). Only realised after I read this that it was one case per customer. I have emailed them and apologised because now I feel really naughty and greedy :(
