I went back to the voucher email thread to other day cause i was running out of vouchers and thought id email some of the compaies again.

I emailed Jordans cereal bars again.

I got this email back today! lololol

Opps!! i thought they wouldve deleted all the emails from last year by now! lol

Thanks for that - I am running very low on my stocks of vouchers so I was going to email a few companies in the next few days, maybe I will use my mum's addy instead.

I think quite a lot of companies have a record of all communications from consumers, at least the big ones like Unilever and Procter & Gamble.

I remember I phoned Surf (washing powder) once, and they said, "Oh I see you've contacted us before"; and I was like, no, and they said, "Yes, you've emailed us about Bird's Eye fish fingers!" -- I never knew they were the same company!

nice letter enclosed too! asking if i enjoyed the products i bought with the last lot of coupons. Lol
