Hello guys and girls
I just wanted to scream from the rooftop that i have today cleared 3 accounts!!!!!!!
YAYAYAYAY lol
I now only have one - ok one biggish one - but still only one account to crack!!
I received advice off here that i shoulld clear my HFC finance first as this is the highest interest. Although, when i started clearing my debts, i wanted to focus on a credit card, as it was a bit of a problem for me and i have never been able to clear it without spending on it again. So i thought if i could tackle that i would be able to tackle anything.
Last month, after selling all my junk on ebay, i actually managed to get my credit card down to 360!! (From over 1500) Which was the biggest shock to me and showed me just how much i could do when i put my mind to it - and how much i must waste money!!!
So pay day today, and after soem more sales on ebay i decided to clear as much as i could asap so i can start saving for many diff things. So i went online and paid the final payment on my Nationwide CC :T And i rang up HFC to get a settlement figure for my two accounts. ALthough i only planned on paying off one, i got my xmas bonus this month too so i thought hell why not!!
I have just cleared 3 accounts
and Have 1500 on my Virgin CC left to tackle.. I will be doing a payment a day on this to help me with my 3rd week blues/payment slump, and hopefully if i stick to a tight budget i will be able to clear a good bit of that off for next month too!!
Although i am pretty sure i can clear about 400 off of this this month, i do not want to put it on and then struggle for the rest of the month, because something always comes up which i havent planned for!! Also i do not want to get to the end of the month and be all depressed and blue again, so gonna TRY and spread it out over the month with a payment a day...
Anyway I AM SO HAPPY
and proud of me
And im gonna stop waffling now because i dont wanna rub it in, i am just happy and cant really tell anyone else apart from OH as no one knows im in debt (and OH is at work with fone off so cant tell him yet
)
Yayyy
