I guess it does not matter which shop it is other than satisfying our curiosity.
The key point that we should all note is that if the store you bought an item from has a 'no questions asked' returns policy then you can:-- Take the items back for a refund
- Buy the item again at the newly discounted price
You might be able to do this in one transaction if you are lucky.
