anyone having freaky wedding nightmares? or i am going mad?

Had a nightmare about my wedding last night – the 4th one!!! Dreamt that my wedding was actually tomorrow and I hadn’t prepared anything (actually getting married in april so only half prepared) I woke up in a cold sweat thnking id need to phone the venue to ask when was on the menu – I even remember being annoyed in my dream cos the venue hadn’t bothered to phone me to arrange anything!!! The other week I had a dream id forgotton to invite anyone, then me and the groom got our outfits mixed up so I had a tux and he had a dress on the morning of the wedding, and ive also had one where the venue didn’t have enough room for us all so the groom sat in one room with guests and I had to sit in the dark dingy basement with another set of guests – none of whom I liked and I never got to see my groom for the whole day!!!

Does anyone else wake up in a cold sweat about horrific things that could go wrong??

With less than 4 weeks to go I'm also having dreams!

The other night I dreamt my DS would not wear his suit and was wearing jeans and a top. I was really cross with him!!:mad:

In another dream I was 30 mins late because I was getting ready on a bridge :rotfl:

Yeah i've dreamt about not being able to find the skirt to my dress on the morning of my day! Im making sure i have a full dress and not separates now

Heh. We're over 6 months away still, and I've had two dreams. My favorite was that the man and I were walking down this long hallway, going to some event (I think it was a party). This door opens at one end of the hallway, and these couples start walking out, in wedding kit, like you do after the ceremony. There are dozens and dozens. We're just walking by on the left, going on our way, but then I see a girl wearing exactly the dress that I want to buy. I'm trying to chase after her, but K is saying that I can ask her later, that it would be rude to go up to her now. I'm trying to go and he's pulling on my hand, and...I wake up.

ive had one were my dress wasnt ready and the woman didnt care and i was rushing round finding a dress.
another one is that the dress shop burned down with my dress in it the day before wedding...
I actually told the lady at the dress shop when i went to pick up a colour swatch of my dress and she told me that actually happened 4 yrs ago!!!!!

Yes,they started about 6 months ago and I still have almost a year to go!
I dream I forget all about it and dont even have a dress.
I dream I remember on the day that I getting married,have not prepared at all,and only manage to find a horrible dress.
I dream I sleep in and miss it.
I dream that the older women keep us apart the night before the wedding,which we dont want to do, by locking me in a room on my own.
I dream FIL makes a horrible and nasty derogatory speech about my family and fisticuffs ensue.
I dream that MIL arranges a few nice surprises which we specifically said we didnt want and thus manages to take over the wedding totally.
I dream that my lovely string quartet is sent away and we are given a wedding band as a surprise instead.
I dream that the dinner is terribly undercooked,still feathered, and infact gets up and walks of the table.
But my worst of all I dream that I am still fat on my wedding day.

lol, im glad im not the only one having crazy dreams!!

ive had a few and they have all been along the same lines - on the day of the wedding i realise i dont have a dress, rings, flowers, i havent told my little brother what poem he is reading, i havent told the venue what food we would like....... but im totally not stressed in them!! (which is NOT like me haha!! ) in one i did have my dress, but my mum had to take me to a shopping centre to get some rings, and i just went along in my wedding dress! then on the way out, i realised i had no flowers, so we popped into the florist!! i wish i could be a bit more laid back, and not as highly strung sometimes, but not that laid back lol!!

I too have had nightmares over the past week! 2 about my wedding & another about my cat!! hate them!!

YES!! Most recent was I was wearing my dress in town (hasn't even arrived yet!) and was shopping for shoes for the day for DD, when I suddenly realised the wedding was THAT DAY and I hadn't bought the bridesmaid dresses! It was a strange dream that led onto something completely different, but linked somehow hehehe. The one good thing about it was that it was a lovely sunny day - I hope it's like that on 5th June!!

I've had 2 horrible dreams about my wedding, but I couldn't tell you what was in them - can't remember lol. I think one of them was that nothing had been organised, and I had half a dress and a veil. They were quite unpleasant, I hope I don't get anymore
