M&S Discounts - be careful

If you ordered from the M&S website on Thursday then there's a good chance that your order is delayed becuase if the volume of orders. Fair enough
However I would check that the discount is still being applied to the order - I checked mine and the discount had disappeared.
Must admit though a quick phone call to their customer services got the discount reapplied but thought it would be worth warning others about.

I thought the discount was in store only? Otherwise I could have saved myself a visit at 10pm after my mum asked if I could get something that was out of stock at her local store.......0

No the discount was applicable to online orders as well....and after a visit to the M&S store on thursday, there's no way would I go again on one of these days,lol!2014 Target;

SCRIBES : TV's were not included, in fact I don't think any electrical goods were as I couldn't get a discount off an iPod. The offer mainly applied to clothing and all the christmas stuff.0

The 40% offer is on selected Per Una items. I've always found Per Una a bit odd.
I was amazed at how efficient they were with Thursday's rush of orders. I got an email on Monday to say that my order had been despatched and it was with me first thing Tuesday. Better service than in quieter periods!Gone ... or have I?0 -
